Support and accessibility
Use the support address below for a reading problem, an accessibility barrier or a question about the website. Describe the page or control involved, your browser and operating system, whether you used a phone or desktop, and the steps that reproduce the issue.
For a document problem, include its format, approximate size and whether it contains selectable text or scanned pages. A screenshot of the interface may help, but remove names, passages and other information you do not want to share. Do not send passwords or attach a copyrighted or confidential book merely to report a problem.
Privacy and content questions
ReadVeranda does not hold a server-side copy of your local library. A support email cannot give us access to your device or let us recover browser data that has been deleted. Back up your library before clearing storage or troubleshooting with a fresh browser profile.
For a concern about public website content or copyright, identify the exact public URL and explain the issue. Books imported by a visitor are not published to this website. Contact messages are handled by the recipient’s email service; include only information needed to answer your request. No response-time or recovery guarantee is offered.
